We can provide all the listed services below for your design or assist you with your preferred service.

  • We will undertake a survey of the property and its site while talking about the brief with you.

  • The AI survey will help us create a 3D model draft with accurate dimensions.

  • We will finalize existing plans and other drawings based on our survey or the dimensions you provide.

AI / Existing Survey, Concept Design

  • Proposed drawings will be completed based on your input and our consultations.

  • We will involve you more in the reviews to ensure the best scheme for you.

Scheme Design

  • We will create external and internal 3D views to help you better observe the design scheme.

  • If requested, we can incorporate panoramic views to better capture the ambience of the space.

  • We offer the option of a VR panoramic view or VR visit to provide a comprehensive understanding of the design's volume.

3D Visualisation / VR (if requested)

  • We will create an animated video of the proposed scheme, either comparing it with the existing one or standing alone, to analyze the design while reviewing it with you.

Animation Video Visualisation

  • Based on the design scheme, we will create all types of drawings required for the building planning application.

  • We will diligently prepare all necessary documents, including the Design and Access Statement.

  • Upon form completion, we will actively monitor the application and coordinate with local authorities.

Planning Application / Consultation

  • We provide interior design services directly or consulting through architectural design.

  • If requested, we can supply furniture, fittings, and equipment details, as well as technical specifications for interior design.

Interior Design and FF&E
